Who we are

This website is run by Canvega Packs, Feroke, Kozhikode, Kerala, India.

What we collect

We only collect what you send us through the enquiry form:

  • your name, company, email address and, if you give it, your phone number;
  • your country and type of business;
  • the products, sizes and quantities you ask about, your monthly volume and whether you need printing, if you tell us;
  • your message;
  • the page you sent the form from, and the website or campaign link that brought you to us, if there was one.

Why we collect it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quote. We also count enquiries by country and product, so we know where there is demand.

We ask for your agreement in the form before you send it.

Where it is stored

Your enquiry is stored in our business system, on a server in Mumbai, India (Amazon Web Services). Our sales team can see it.

To limit spam, we store a one-way hash of the IP address that sent the form. The hash can't be turned back into the address.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Our hosting provider stores the data for us and may only handle it on our instructions.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies.

We count visits on our own server: the pages you open, the website that sent you, your type of device and, from your device's time zone, your country. We use no cookies, we don't store your IP address, and we can't follow you from one day to the next. If your browser asks not to be tracked, we don't count your visit. Visit counts are deleted after 24 months.

While you fill in the enquiry form, your browser keeps a draft of it until you close the tab, so a reload doesn't lose your text. The draft stays on your device.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, to correct them or to delete them. You can also withdraw your agreement at any time. Write to info@canvegapacks.com.

These rights come from the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 in India. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and the UK GDPR give you the same rights, and the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll publish the new version here and change the date at the top.
